High-ticket construction clients convert on portfolio, not promises. The projects section uses real job photography with filterable categories — Custom Home, Multi-Unit, Commercial, Renovation — so a developer researching a multi-unit build isn't wading through kitchen renos. Each card links to a full case study with timeline, scope, and outcomes, giving Admirable's 30-year track record the surface area it deserves. The masonry grid is intentional: it mirrors how people browse Instagram and Houzz, which is where renovation inspiration actually lives.

Overview
Admirable Contracting and Management Group has been operating in Metro Vancouver since 1993. When they came to us, their existing site didn't reflect the scale or quality of a company that had delivered 250+ projects across custom homes, commercial builds, renovations, and multi-unit residential. The brief was clear: build something that earns trust before a single word is read.
The Challenge
The core challenge was credibility at a glance. Admirable's competitors either looked generic or dated. We needed a dark, cinematic presence that felt premium without feeling corporate — something a prospective client would send to their partner and say "these are the guys." The site also needed to serve double duty: winning residential clients who care about craft, and commercial developers who care about PM scope and delivery.
Our Approach
We led with a full-bleed hero using their Aisha's Jewel project photography — a five-unit Osoyoos townhome named in memory of a founder's daughter. That story anchors the brand immediately. A custom cursor, scroll-driven animations, and a structured project portfolio with real case studies do the rest. The site includes dynamic city location pages for Vancouver, Burnaby, Richmond, North Vancouver, Surrey, and Coquitlam, a dedicated blog, and a services section that maps their full PM scope.
The Result
A site that converts high-ticket leads. The dark aesthetic and cinematic scroll feel premium alongside Vancouver's established custom home builders. Admirable now has a digital presence that matches the quality of the work they've been doing for 30+ years.
MOBILE CONVERSION
The Decision Happens on the Phone
Over 70% of first visits to contractor sites come from mobile — usually when someone is standing in the room they want renovated, or when a referral just came in. The mobile CTA strips everything back: a clear value prop, two frictionless actions. 'Get a Free Estimate' captures warm leads who need to think. 'Call +1 (604) 970-6289' captures the decide-now customer. The trust line at the bottom — Licensed, Insured, Serving Metro Vancouver since 1993 — handles the final objection without requiring a scroll.
